The step back Drill exposes whether you can actually control your rear leg or if you’re just rocking back and forward. When I step back, I want my head to get on my stack right away, find that pause and keep the move controlled instead of falling off my rear side. Once I find my pause, I can ride out the weightless forward move and launch when I decide.
