这里最容易踩坑的一点是： Thread.sleep (long) 不会释放锁，而 Object.wait (long) 会释放锁。 很多人写着写着就把sleep当wait用，导致别的线程压根进不来。 我曾经在一个生产者-消费者Demo里把 wait (100) 写成 sleep (100) ，结果生产者死等，消费者拿不到锁，整条链路直接僵住。
